Yesterday i went to the website of Institut de Touraine
Rate and schedule of 2010/10- 2011/09 is free to access there.

Unfortunately, I realize my money in the bank is totally weak for that 囧

so sad /-\

Reality is tough, and THE DREAM is sweet.

Distance between these two is such a challenge.

Maybe my problem is so easy to solve than other dreamers,

but for me, that's my problem, that's a difficulty i faced.
